Raymond has been involved in youth ministry in East County for the last nine years. Raymond graduated from Multnomah Bible College in 2003 and joined the WVBC staff in 2004.

Raymond was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He and his wife, Lisa, met in 1985 and were married in 1987. Their four daughters keep them busy with: church, school and sporting events.
